Earnings & Payment Model
At Legal21 Notary, LLC, we value our notaries and offer competitive earnings for each transaction. Here’s what you can expect to earn:
- $7 per completed notarization from our on-demand queue.
- $4 for each additional seal on the same document.
- $2 for each on-demand witness required for the notarization.
- $2 for each additional signer beyond the primary client.
We charge customers $21 for the first signed document, $10 for each additional seal, $10 for each on-demand witness, and $5 for each additional signer. This pricing ensures fair compensation for our notaries while keeping our services affordable and accessible.

Qualifications & Requirements
To join our team, you must:
- Be a registered and certified Remote Online Notary (RON) in the State of Florida.
- Have experience conducting remote notarizations.
- Have access to a reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Must adhere to the standards outlined in Chapter 1N-7 of the Florida Administrative Code, which details the procedures and requirements for remote online notarization.
Independent Contractor Agreement
Legal21 Notary, LLC engages Remote Online Notaries as independent contractors, providing flexibility and autonomy. This means:
- You are responsible for your own taxes, including self-employment taxes.
- You will receive a Form 1099-NEC for income reporting.
- You maintain autonomy, control your own hours, and how you perform your services, reinforcing your independent status.
- You must provide your own equipment, including a computer, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Payments are disbursed monthly.
- The agreement will include confidentiality and data security clauses.
- Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions.

Do you require set work hours?
No, you are free to work the hours of your choosing.
What are your operating hours?
As a remote online notary business, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This provides you and our customers the greatest flexibility possible.
Do you provide any company benefits?
Unfortunately, we do not as you will be hired as an independent contractor where you maintain autonomy, control your own hours, and work from any location in Florida.
Do you provide tax assistance?
No, you will be responsible for your own taxes, including self-employment taxes. We will provide you an annual Form 1099-NEC.
Do you provide any bonuses?
Absolutely! For every 50 notary documents completed in a calendar month, Legal21 Notary will award you an additional $50 bonus.

Legal21 Notary LLC is a disabled Veteran owned business. Our CEO, Sahar, is currently on active duty and has completed multiple deployments. Our President, Daniel, is a 100% total and permanent disabled Veteran with over 8 combat tours. They are intimately familiar with the invisible wounds many of our Veterans experience. Together, they created 21 Vets and it’s mission to reduce Veteran suicide rates nationwide.
